Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that a publication on Akirill.com website violates your copyrights, you can write a notice of violation of rights and send it to us: Contact.Akirill@gmail.com and the Akiril site will immediately block the materials listed in the notice.

Section 512(c) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act imposes certain requirements on the form of this notice. Accordingly, it must be provided in writing and must contain the following information:

  • A tangible or electronic signature of a person authorized to represent the interests of the person whose copyright in the material has been infringed.
  • An indication of the works (materials) in respect of which the rights are violated. In the event that a notice reports copyright infringement on several such materials (texts, images), it must contain indications of each of them.
  • An indication of the material that violates copyright or is the subject of behavior that violates copyright, which material should be removed from Akirill.com or blocked from access. You must also provide the source address (URL) of this material.
  • Information about how to contact you, such as your email address, postal address, or phone number.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in this form is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or US law.
  • A statement, made in view of possible penalties for perjury, that the facts you present are free from error or misrepresentation and that you have the right to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Removing or blocking access to material

After receiving the above notification of a violation within 3 (three) business days, the Akirill site service either takes measures to restrict access to disputed materials, or, if the information in the request is insufficient or there are doubts about the applicant’s authority, it contacts the person who sent the notification to receive additional information.
